Why an order shows a loss
An order can sell well and still lose money: a big discount, free shipping, a return or an expensive ad can eat the profit. The order page shows each cost line by line.
How to do it

Open Business Insight and choose the Orders tab.

Click an order that shows a loss.

Read the breakdown: sales, VAT, product cost, shipping, fees and ads.

If a cost is missing or wrong, change it on the Costs page.
