How approved steps reach Google
When Changes in Google is on, the steps you approve are done in Google Ads straight away: a budget, a target, a pause, a negative keyword or a new exact keyword. Each one is logged with undo.
How to do it

Open Approvals and find Changes in Google.

Switch it on. Only an owner can switch it on; any owner or admin can switch it off.

While it is off, an approved step is only worked out: you see the exact change it would make.

Steps approved while it was off can be sent in one go when you switch it on.

If you change your mind, press Undo on the step: the old budget, target or status comes back.
Your budget limits check every step again before it reaches Google.
