These terms apply when a business uses GrowViking, the service run by [company name], CVR [CVR number], [company address]. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business. GrowViking is for businesses, not for consumers.

Because GrowViking is sold only to businesses, the rules that protect consumers, such as the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, do not apply. By accepting these terms you confirm that you act for a business and may accept them on its behalf.

The service

GrowViking connects to your shop, ad accounts and other sources, shows the real profit behind orders and ads, and gives advice on what to do next. Which parts you can use depends on your package and the modules you switch on.

GrowViking works with services you connect, such as Meta, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, Microsoft Clarity, TikTok, Trustpilot and Canva. Your use of them follows their own terms. If one of them changes or closes what GrowViking uses, the matching feature may change or stop; that is not a fault in GrowViking.

We keep improving GrowViking, so features may change. We do not remove a main feature you pay for during a paid month without telling you first.

Your account

Give correct details and keep your password safe. Your business is responsible for what is done in its account, and for the people it invites to the team and the roles it gives them.

Tell us at once at [contact email] if you think someone else has got into your account.

Free trial and payment

A new business starts with a free trial; its length is shown when you sign up. After the trial, GrowViking is paid monthly in advance.

Prices are listed on the prices page and are shown without VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it; a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number is billed with reverse charge. See prices

You pay by card through Stripe or Nets, or by bank transfer against an invoice. If a payment is still missing 14 days after we remind you, we may pause the account until it is paid. Your data is kept while the account is paused.

If your shop installed GrowViking from the Shopify App Store, you pay on your Shopify bill instead, and Shopify's billing rules apply, including how you approve and cancel charges.

We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not want the new price, you can cancel before it applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time on the Plan & billing page. The subscription then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed. Paid months are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.

We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once if the terms are seriously broken, for example by not paying or by misuse.

After the account ends, you can ask us for an export of your data for 30 days; then it is deleted, as described in the privacy policy.

Insights and suggestions, not promises

GrowViking gives insights and suggestions: patterns it finds in your data and ideas that may be worth testing. They are information for your own decisions. They are not instructions, not a promise of any result, and not financial, tax or legal advice.

Results depend on things that neither you nor we control: your market, your customers, your competitors, the season, and how Meta, Google and other platforms choose to show your ads. A pattern that held in the past may not hold again. You decide what to test, and the market gives the answer.

Forecasts, estimates and the amount a suggestion may be worth are calculations from past data. They show what is likely, not what will happen.

GrowViking changes something in your ad accounts or shop only when you have switched that on and approved that exact step, yourself or through autopilot rules you set. You decide, and you remain responsible for your ads, budgets, prices and shop.

Live changes and the Autopilot: when you switch them on, you instruct GrowViking to carry out the steps you approve, or the steps that fall inside the limits you set. You choose those limits and can switch them off at any time. Steps carried out this way are your decisions, and you remain responsible for them.

AI Customer Service: replies GrowViking sends to your customers, after your approval or for the kinds of message you let go out by themselves, are sent in your business's name, and your business remains responsible for them, including any discount code they contain.

Advice and texts are partly written by AI. AI can be wrong, and the figures depend on the costs and data you provide. Check advice before you act on it: it is not a promise of results, nor financial, tax or legal advice.

Figures from Meta, Google, your shop and other connected services are shown as those services report them. We cannot guarantee that they are complete, correct or on time.

We do not guarantee any growth in sales, profit, return on ad spend or any other result. A suggestion that does not give the result you hoped for is not a fault in the service and gives no right to a refund or compensation.

Examples, figures and customer stories on our website, in our articles and in demos show how GrowViking works. They are not a promise of results for your business.

Platform learnings: if you switch on sharing, you instruct GrowViking to make anonymous learning cards from your results (described in the privacy policy) and to combine them with other businesses' cards into patterns of at least 5 businesses. Patterns are general experience, not promises: test them on your own shop. You can switch sharing off at any time, and your cards are deleted at once.

Support access: the GrowViking team looks inside your account only while you have opened support access, read-only, and every page it opens is in your audit log.

When you create an account you confirm, with a separate tick box, that you have understood this section. We keep the date and the version of the terms you accepted. How to use our suggestions

Acceptable use

Use GrowViking only for your own business and with data you have the right to use. Do not break the law or other people's rights, use GrowViking for misleading or illegal ads, try to reach other businesses' data, overload or attack the service, or copy, resell or take apart its software.

Follow the rules of the platforms you connect, such as the advertising policies of Meta and Google. We may pause an account that puts the service or others at risk, and tell you why.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us the right to use it only to provide GrowViking to you, as described in the privacy policy and its data processing agreement. We may use anonymous, combined figures about how GrowViking is used to make it better.

If you collect personal data from your shoppers, you are responsible for having a legal basis and for informing them, including asking for consent to any tracking on your own website.

If you add GrowViking's tracking script or chat box to your website, or switch on the Meta Conversions API, your business tells its shoppers about it in its own privacy policy and asks for their consent where the law requires it.

GrowViking, its software, design and texts belong to [company name]. Your business may use it for as long as its subscription runs.

Availability and support

We aim to keep GrowViking available around the clock, but cannot promise it is never down. We plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can. Data from Meta, Google and shops depends on those services being available.

Support is by email at [contact email] on Danish working days.

Liability

We do our work with care, but GrowViking is provided as it is at any time. We do not promise that it is free of errors, that it suits a particular purpose, or that it leads to any business result.

We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost sales, lost data or the results of ads. We are not liable for decisions you make based on insights or suggestions from GrowViking, or for steps carried out by live changes or the Autopilot inside the limits you set.

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what your business paid for GrowViking in those 12 months. This limit does not apply to gross negligence or intent, or where the law does not allow it.

Neither side is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We email account owners at least 30 days before an important change applies. If you keep using GrowViking after that, the new terms apply; if you do not accept them, you can cancel before they apply.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Danish law. A dispute that cannot be solved by talking goes to the courts in Copenhagen, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the first instance.

Questions about these terms: [contact email].
