The product check: don't scale what can't sell more
Each Meta ad is tied to the shop products it sells, and every raise from a rule set, Smart timing or a button first checks those products: stock, gross margin and sales trend. A raise waits when a product can't take more ad money, with a plain Why? line.
How to do it
- 1
Open Ads Insight and choose Meta. The chip on each row shows the product an ad sells. A dot means the product check holds a raise.
- 2
GrowViking finds the product by itself: from the launch that made the ad, or from the ad's link to the product page. Tap the chip to set it by hand, or to mark a catalog ad as Many products.
- 3
Products behind your ads lists each product as Ready to scale, On hold (with the reason) or Sold out, with days of stock left now and at a +20% raise, the gross margin and the 14-day sales trend.
- 4
Switch on Don't scale ads for this product to hold every raise for it.
- 5
Change the 14 days and 25% under Setup, in Product limits for a raise.
- 6
When a product is sold out and its ads still spend, a pause is worth testing. With a rule set in Suggest, it goes to Approvals; nothing changes in Meta until you approve it.
A product without stock or cost figures passes with a note, never a hard block. Add your product costs to get the margin check. GrowViking never changes your shop.
