What real profit means
Real profit is what is left of an order after product cost, VAT, shipping, payment fees, returns and ads. That is why it is lower than the sales number in your shop.
How to do it

Open Business Insight and choose the Profit tab.

Read profit per month, per product and per order.

Look at Costs known. Below 100 % some costs are missing, and GrowViking says which.

Add the missing costs on the Costs page to make every number exact.
