Rule sets: let rules watch your Meta ads

A rule set is a list of plain sentences, such as "When cost per order is under your target for 7 days, suggest raising the budget by 20%". It watches the campaigns that follow it every hour and suggests the next step in Approvals.

How to do it

  1. 1

Open Ads Insight, choose Meta, then the Rules tab, and open Starter packs.

  2. 2

Press Add all and match them to your goals, or add one rule set at a time.

  3. 3

Each card shows if the rule set is on, what follows it and a bar for whether its changes paid off. Open one to read its rules in plain words; tap a rule to change it, and pick what follows it under Apply to.

  4. 4

Choose Tell me for a notice only, or Suggest to get each step in Approvals.

  5. 5

The Safety net is locked: one budget change per 72 hours, raises only from 06:00 to 18:00, never more than +20%, and your budget limits always apply.

  6. 6

The product check is part of the Safety net: a raise waits while a product behind the ads is sold out, lasts under 14 days at the raised pace, earns under 25% gross margin, or you switched it to Don't scale.

Set your target cost per order under Setup. Left empty, it is 80% of your break-even cost per order. New rule set builds your own in 3 steps: start, how bold, who follows it.
